Practical Training in Manufacturing Technology 2

The Practical Training in Manufacturing Technology II helps to deepen the theoretically conveyed teaching content in the area of production engineering. By carrying out practical experiments, the students gain insight into the different processes involved in the production of modern products. Among other things, knowledge will be imparted on central methods of material characterization, the simulation and dimensioning of forming processes, the setting and programming of modern machine tools and production facilities, as well as quality assurance. The contents complement the Production Engineering Internship 1 in the summer semester.
